Competitor Analysis 

Information Uncover views competitor analysis as looking at what a client's competitor is apparently doing and determining what the competitor is really doing based on possible motives. We then suggest what the competitor might do in the future. The client can then choose a response as part of its overall strategic management. For example, knowing what a client's competitor might do can impact the client's marketing plans.
