Welcome to Information Uncover. We monitor and analyze a client’s external business environment to uncover early signs of future opportunities and threats. This activity is commonly called environmental scanning and analysis. And this activity is an important element of strategic management. Environmental scanning is especially useful in detecting environmental issues and for getting input for competitor analysis. Our scanning is associated with the health care industry, with an emphasis on the bariatric or medical weight loss sub-industry.

We provide ongoing periodic environmental scanning results and strategic insights, based on our analysis of industry-related environmental information. This information is of particular importance in a type of analysis where an organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are investigated. The investigation is called a SWOT analysis.
